煙燻是一種烹調、保存及為食物調味的料理方法。
一般在煙燻時，是將食材掛起或放在架上，下方伴以帶有特殊香氣的木材，讓食材被煙薰一段時間後，為食材賦予額外香氣並增添料理美味的一種烹調方式。
煙燻除了可增加露營烤肉時的食物風味外，更可在家中製作出更美味的料理。

材質：日本天然木

使用方法：
●將木片放入煙燻料盤中，加熱少許木片，確認冒煙後即可進行燻製。※若已燃起火焰，請將火焰熄滅僅需煙霧來作為煙燻使用。
●一把煙燻木片約可使用15分鐘。(根據火力和周遭自然環境會有所差異)
●需要補充木片時，請記得先關掉火源並將灰燼清除，再放入新木片。※若未將灰燼清理乾淨可能會附著於食物上。
●木片中可加入粗砂糖一同燻製，可使上色效果佳、食物更美味。

注意事項：
●因熱源與木片同時都具有熱度，加熱時請注意溫度上升狀況。
●使用時請勿讓孩童靠近，避免發生危險。
●燻製過程中請勿將木片從煙燻箱中取出。
●請確認木片灰燼皆已熄滅再丟棄。
●請勿將本品用於煙燻用途以外之處。

保存方法：請存放於乾燥通風、陰涼之處，並遠離火源。
